From the creating of an account, to preview day, to the bidding, and winning the bid, all went smoothly. We went down to pick up the item, and Brooklyn who helped us at the counter, was very helpful with processing paperwork and answering questions clearly and cheerfully. She made the process very comfortable and smooth. We went out to the yard to prepare for driving the vehicle home, and the battery was too low to start. So Archie in the yard was right on it, helping us with a friendly and upbeat attitude and warm smile. I can not yet comment as to receiving the title for the vehicle. I am in full confidence that Bar None will process the title with DMV as they said they would do. Thank you for a positive experience with our purchase.
